SwiftCargo needed live tracking of vehicles, delivery ETAs, and driver behavior to improve on-time performance. SoftHab built a map-based command center with route history, geofencing alerts, fuel usage reports, and dispatch coordination tools.
Fleet-wide GPS device integration and dispatcher training preceded full deployment. Operations teams now monitor deliveries proactively, reduce idle time, and improve customer communication with accurate arrival estimates.
